Three generations of clean cars, inside and out
Walt and June Kowalski opened one wash bay in a closed Dundee gas station in 1987. Today their grandson runs four Omaha-area washes with the same rule June wrote on the first time card: treat every car like it is Grandma's Buick.
That means soft cloth and clean reverse osmosis water in the tunnel, crews who hand-finish the mirrors and door shuts, and a detail center that quotes interiors after it has actually looked at them.

Steps
What happens in 92 feet of tunnel
The conveyor runs at about 32 feet a minute with a car every 20 feet, so roughly 95 cars an hour pass through seven stages.
- Stages 1 and 2
Prep and presoak
Citrus bug prep by hand, then an alkaline presoak at about pH 11.5 with a 25 second dwell, so nothing dry ever meets a cloth.
- Stages 3 and 4
Wheels and high pressure
pH-neutral iron remover on every wheel, boar-hair agitation, then 1,000 psi flat-fan jets on rockers, wells and seams.
- Stages 5 and 6
Soft cloth and protection
Closed-cell foam flooded with lubricating detergent at 100 to 120 rpm, then polymer and carnauba warmed to about 140F.
- Stage 7
Rinse, dry, hand finish
Spot-free reverse osmosis rinse, the contoured blower array, and a laundered microfibre pass on mirrors and door shuts.

Yes. We use closed-cell foam cloth that does not trap grit, a presoak that lifts dirt first, and we replace cloth on a strict schedule. Equipment is inspected every morning.
Yes. Cancel anytime online or at any counter before your next billing date. You can also pause for up to three months a year, which snowbirds and deployed service members love.
Tell an attendant before you leave the lot. A manager reviews our tunnel cameras and inspection logs, and if our equipment caused it, we repair it. Pre-existing damage, loose parts and aftermarket accessories are excluded.
